Our standard check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out is until noon.

If you would like a room with an ocean view, please contact our reservations center for rates and availability.

The early check-in or late check-out will be subject to daily availability and fees, which you can check directly at the resort's reception.

The services are paid separately with different types of massages and relaxation sessions. Prior booking is required to enjoy the Spa services.

The Hotel reservation does not include transfer services, but we can refer you to this service at an additional cost.

If the customer requires the transfer service, they must notify the reservations center, preferably at the time of booking.

The resort offers one parking space for each room free of charge.

Yes. When checking in, guests receive a card to pick up and return the towels.

The towel card controls the use and withdrawal of pool towels by guests. These can be picked up and returned at the Pool Bar each day. Should there be more than one towel exchange on the same day, the hotel will charge a R$ 5,00 fee per towel.

The guest must return the cards at check out. The hotel will charge a fee for the lost card in case of loss.

We take these measures because we are in an Environmentally Protected Area.

Yes, sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available at the beaches and a snack and beverage service.

The beach is calm during low tide, ideal for families with children. Perfect for contemplating nature, hiking and relaxing.

Yes, the resort has laundry service (washing and ironing). Check for costs.

Yes, it is free for guests over 16 years old, and it is open from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Yes, there are electronic safes in all the rooms.

  • Breakfast at the Dende Restaurant from 07:30 am to 10:30 am
  • Lunch at the Dende Restaurant from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Dinner at the Dende Restaurant from 07:00 pm to 11:00 pm

POOL BAR – Opening hours: from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm, for snacks and drinks.

PITANGA RESTAURANT –  Open from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

BEACH SERVICE – From 10:30am to 4:00pm

Note: Access to the restaurants in swimwear, barefoot, shirtless or wet, is not allowed (except at the Pool Bar). Hours may change without prior notice.

The Dende Restaurant offers a la carte service during the low season, while it provides a buffet service during the high season.
